Training workshop for kitchen staff members has been organized by HR Department, Lahore campus with the collaboration of Culinary & Hotel Institute of Pakistan (CHIP).
CHIP is an internationally-acclaimed Institute and has a great reputation in the area of training & development.
Trainer:
Mr. Wahab Raja, Manager (Food & Beverage) at “Nine Tree Luxury Hotel Lahore”.
The training session covered the following areas:
- How to improve personal hygiene, cleaning & sanitation
- How to improve the quality serving of refreshments
- How to maintain hygiene in the kitchen
- Precautions & standard safety measures in handling food
- Effective communication with the senior management
