✅ 15+ years of experience in generator/motor rewinding and repair
✅ Strong knowledge of insulation systems and varnishes
✅ Hands-on experience with Roebel bar manufacturing
✅ Basic electrical testing skills, including Megger and winding resistance
✅ Willingness to travel to sites
✅ Gulf experience and OEM background

✅ Minimum ITI qualification
✅ 10+ years of relevant experience
✅ Knowledge of HV equipment safety rules

✅ Knowledge of partial discharge, tan delta, and vibration testing is a plus

Key requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of generator and motor rewinding experience
• Coil shaping, taping, brazing, strip-out and core-repair experience
• Stator and rotor re-wedging and rotor-rewinding experience
• Knowledge of resin-rich and VPI coil systems
• Hands-on Roebel-bar manufacturing experience
• Basic Megger and winding-resistance testing skills
• Gulf or OEM experience preferred
• Willingness to travel to project sites

Salary: Not provided by the employer. It will be confirmed during the selection process before any candidate commitment.

Soby Enterprises is collecting CVs for an Electrical Testing Technician opportunity with Alfanar Projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key requirements:

• ITI or relevant technical qualification
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience testing large generators, induction motors and DC motors
• HV/LV testing using Megger and winding-resistance equipment, up to 13.8 kV
• Cable termination, control wiring and electrical fault-diagnosis experience
• Familiarity with PT100/thermocouples and electrical insulation systems

Soby Enterprises is recruiting Rider Coordinators for a Bahawalpur-based role supporting UAE delivery operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with riders daily
• Manage rider onboarding, attendance, shifts and operational follow-ups
• Maintain rider records and performance reports
• Resolve routine rider issues with operations teams
• Support smooth and timely daily operations

What we’re looking for:

• Good English communication and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
