🎓 مبارک ہو، ڈگری مل گئی۔ اب آگے کیا؟

کوئی بھی CS اور Software Engineering گریجویٹس کو یہ بات پہلے نہیں بتاتا:

→ چار سال DSA، OOP اور system design پڑھی، اور اب بھی ہر job post میں لکھا ہے "3 years experience required"
→ راتوں کو جاگ کر FYP بنایا، خود سے React/Django/Java سیکھا، اور interview کے بعد بھی کوئی جواب نہیں آتا
→ گھر والے پوچھتے ہیں "بیٹا جاب لگی؟" اور اب جواب دینا مشکل ہو گیا ہے
→ دوست LinkedIn پر "excited to join as SDE" لکھ رہے ہیں اور آپ آج دسویں بار job search کر رہے ہیں

کرایہ سر پر کھڑا ہے۔ جیب خالی ہونے کو ہے۔ اور ابھی تک "ہم نے کسی اور کینڈیڈیٹ کو منتخب کیا" والا میسج ہی مل رہا ہے۔

ہر نئے جاب سیکر کو یہ فیلنگ ضرور آتی ہے:
→ 50 جگہ اپلائی کیا، مگر کوئی جواب نہیں
→ بینک بیلنس کم ہوتا جا رہا ہے، پھر بھی مسکرا کر "سب ٹھیک ہے" کہنا
→ گھر والوں کو سمجھانا کہ ڈگری اچھی ہے، بس نوکری ابھی نہیں ملی
→ مجبوراً وہ کام قبول کرنا جو دل سے نہیں چاہیے تھا، صرف گزارے کے لیے

سچ یہ ہے: یہ struggle آپ کی ناکامی نہیں، یہ وہ راستہ ہے جو ہر کامیاب انسان نے طے کیا ہے۔
