From April 9 to 11, 2026, the faculty and staff of ๐๐บ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฑ๐ถ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐ผ๐น - ๐ง๐ฒ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป gathered at the picturesque ๐๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ธ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ป, ๐ญ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐น ๐ก๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ, for a three-day team-building retreat focused on unity and professional growth. ๐ถ๐บ๐ผ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ, ๐ฆ๐.๐ง๐ต.๐, ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐ผ๐น ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ ๐ฃ. ๐ง๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น๐ฏ๐ฎ, ๐๐ฑ.๐, and Assistant Principal for the Senior High School Department ๐ฅ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฎ ๐๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐, ๐ ๐ฆ๐ง Spearheaded by the ๐๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐, the program was brought to life by a dedicated team of facilitators, including Christa Wee, Jane Partosa, Katherine Woo, Kenneth Albiso, Denzel Bautista, Stephanie Estenote, Dale Bioco, Lizbert Alvarez, Elbert Lampas, Kaizze Quimno, Mary Gacrama, and Paul Macansantos, who ensured every aspect of the itinerary ran smoothly.
The journey began with an early morning departure on April 9, leading the team first to the historic Rizal Shrine for a cultural tour before checking into the resort. The spiritual foundation of the retreat was established that afternoon with a Holy Mass, which served as the primary liturgical gathering for the entire trip. Following the mass, the group transitioned into an evening of formal welcome and administrative alignment, featuring inspiring words from Msgr. Campo and essential reminders from the HR team, followed by a socialization session that allowed colleagues to connect outside of the traditional school setting.
The second day was dedicated to the core team-building activities, where the staff engaged in various exercises designed to strengthen their collaborative spirit and communication. After a productive morning of events, the afternoon concluded with a synthesis and awarding ceremony to celebrate the milestones achieved together. As the day turned to evening, the atmosphere shifted to one of pure recreation as the entire group traveled to Gloria Fantasyland for dinner and a night of leisure.
The retreat came to a close on the third morning with a final breakfast and a coordinated headcount for the 7:30 AM departure, leaving the ICAS-Tetuan community refreshed, reconnected, and ready to face the upcoming academic challenges with a renewed sense of purpose.
