Position: IT/ LAY OUT ARTIST
Main Office: Boalan Zone 1, fronting Z-OIL.
👨🏻‍💻QUALIFICATIONS:
👉 Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
👉 With experience in both IT support and layout/design work, system security and data backup/recovery
👉Basic proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop
👉Knowledgeable in computer hardware, basic troubleshooting, and software installation
👉Capable of handling network setup, maintenance, and printer configuration
👉Must be able to perform layout tasks such as creating marketing materials, signage, and digital designs
👉Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines effectively
👉Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a motorcycle for work-related travel
👉Honest, reliable, and flexible with a willingness to learn
👉 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Description:
°Perform regular physical counts of inventory to verify quantity and condition.
°Document inventory counts and report findings to management.
°Provide detailed reports on inventory discrepancies, out of stock, or other issues.
°Update inventory records in the system, including entering new products, adjusting stock levels, and removing obsolete items.
°Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in handling inventory.
°Prepare and present regular audit reports, including inventory accuracy and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
√Prior experience in inventory management or related fields is preferred.
√Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
√Ability to use inventory management software or systems.
√Strong communication skills.
√Ability to perform calculations accurately.
√Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
