NWM Risk Management is looking for a local independent contractor, home inspector, or appraiser for quick, supplemental 1099 work around Condon, MT.

We partner with banks to track construction progress using simple site photos via your smartphone. No written reports required!

💰 The Details:

Volume: Easy filler work, 2 to 7 visits per month (24–48hr notice via text).

Software: App-based using the Pruvan platform.

Pay: $35 for single-family (~15 mins) | $45 to $200 for multi-family/subdivisions.

🚗 Travel Perk: Extra travel allowance/pay provided for trips over 25 miles!

Payout: Direct deposit within 14–21 days of approval.

About the Role

We are a growing residential property management company looking for a sharp, execution-focused Executive Assistant to support our owner directly. This is a remote, full-time role.

What You'll Own

Communications

Triage and manage the owner's inbox daily

Draft routine owner and vendor emails for review and send

Follow up on open threads and ensure nothing falls through

Scheduling and Calendar

Own the owner's calendar end-to-end

Schedule owner calls, team check-ins, and vendor meetings

Protect focus time and prevent conflicts

Task and Project Tracking

Maintain the owner's open task list and priority queue

Chase down items pending from other team members

Deliver a weekly summary of what's open, overdue, or needs a decision

Admin Support

Light data entry in property management software (AppFolio experience a strong plus)

Document organization and file management

Pull reports needed for owner or team review

Coordinate between departments when items need ownership

Research and Ad Hoc

Vendor comparisons, market rent checks, light research requests

Summarize findings clearly so the owner can act quickly

What We're Looking For

2+ years as a VA or EA supporting a business owner

Excellent written and oral skills

Strong follow-through; you close loops without being asked twice

Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company where processes are still being built

Property management experience is a plus, not a requirement
