HIRING: HANDS-ON AGRICULTURIST
We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and resourceful Agriculturist who is not only skilled in theory and planning, but also ready to get their hands dirty and directly manage field operations! If you have technical knowledge in agriculture and a hands-on attitude toward daily farm or facility tasks, you are the one we are looking for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field & Operational Ex*****on: Directly lead and participate in daily operations such as planting, cultivation, harvest management, and the implementation of modern agricultural systems.
- Crop & Farm Health Monitoring: Regularly inspect the condition of crops or materials, and take immediate action to resolve issues regarding pests, diseases, and soil nutrition.
- Technical Supervision: Provide guidance and direct training to farm or facility workers to ensure compliance with the Package of Technology.
- Inventory & Resource Management: Monitor the usage of equipment, fertilizers, seeds, and other supplies, while maintaining accurate production records.
- Collaboration with Management: Work closely with management to improve production quality and volume, as well as assist in creating reports and operational improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- Educational Attainment:
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related course.
- License: A Licensed Agriculturist is preferred, but open to qualified applicants based on experience.
- Work Style: Truly hands-on, resourceful, willing to work outdoors or in active plant operations, and possessing good physical stamina for fieldwork.
- Experience: Background in farm management, crop production, or similar operations within the agriculture or food manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to multitask between fieldwork and administrative reporting.
