๐ Location: Head Office, Quezon City
Weโre looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to supervise our Accounting team and oversee critical financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Accounts review: Review AR, AP, and cash management transactions.
Financial statement preparation: Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports (AR Aging, P&L, Cash Flow, Inventory, Balance Sheet, Lapsing schedule, Cash position report).
Staff supervision: Supervise and review the work of accounting staff; oversee general ledger activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Billing checks: Check invoices and Statements of Accounts daily/weekly before submission; ensure timely and accurate SAP postings.
Closing processes: Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
Inventory and asset audits: Conduct monthly inventory counts and quarterly/yearly fixed asset audits; validate asset classification and useful life.
Audit coordination: Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audit activities.
Documentation and controls: Ensure proper documentation, implement internal controls, and maintain accounting records.
Process improvements: Identify opportunities for efficiency and support cross-functional finance projects.
Tax compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, maintain tax records, and support reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in Accounting
CPA or equivalent
3โ5 years of relevant experience in AR/AP and supervisory roles
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
