QUALIFICATIONS:
βοΈ At least 6 months supervisory or managerial experience in the pharmacy/retail industry
βοΈ Proven ability to analyze store performance and create short-term & long-term action plans
βοΈ Strong leadership, communication, and delegation skills
βοΈ Capable of handling team performance, coaching, and discipline professionally
βοΈ Customer-focused with excellent service and problem-solving skills
βοΈ Results-driven and goal-oriented
βοΈ Willing to start ASAP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
βοΈ Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
βοΈ Lead, motivate, and manage store staff to hit sales targets
βοΈ Identify challenges and implement effective action plans
