Good morning!

To make it clear, we are hiring for a commission-based job as a real estate person. There will be cash incentives and allowances to be given but it will be discussed during the NROT. This can be a full-time job or your side hustle. We provide Project Knowledge Seminar and Site Orientation (PKS&SO) in every project/developer we market. We sell all, horizontal & vertical, Nationwide, but we suggest having a focus project to be more effective and for memorization of the project details. But you can sell and offer to client depending on his needs. 90% we used digital marketing and maximized social media platform. For SS and SM position, you are allowed to hire/recruit and build your own empire. Sales Target are given every month and are encouraged to meet and if not to cover up the following month. Commission rates and other policies will be discuss during the NROT.
