Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and guests
Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
Manage the reception area and maintain a professional environment
Receive and coordinate documents, deliveries, and correspondence
Assist with scheduling and basic administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal teams as needed
Perform other front desk and administrative duties

Qualifications:

College graduate or relevant educational background preferred
Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience is an advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills
Professional, presentable, and customer-service oriented
Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications
Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
