I AM URGENTLY LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES ANYWHERE IN THE PHILIPPINES (REMOTE) FOR A SENIOR SIEBEL DEVELOPER IN SINGAPORE
· The selected candidates will strategically be placed for Oracle CPQ technical training from Q1 2023 and will be involved in Siebel migration to Oracle CPQ
· Candidates must have good a understanding of Siebel as well as experience in solving L2 & L3 tickets.
· Candidates should have support experience in Siebel.
· Profiles with experience in CSW- Configuration, Scripting & Workflow.
· Candidate has to work in night shift for 10 days in 3 months.
· Monthly Salary Range is SGD 3000 - SGD 4000

We are looking for BUSINESS SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES SALES EXECUTIVE to work for an IT company in Greenhills, San Juan.

Work Setup & schedule: 80% WFH/remote, 9AM - 6Pm, Mondays - Fridays

Responsibilities:
• Develop a sales strategy and set sales targets.
• Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics.
• Provide product demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation, and sales support services for the sales team, prospects, and clients.
• Listen to the needs of the market to determine opportunities for customers’ challenges.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities by developing and building relationships with customers, prospects, and leads.
• Initiate after-sales technical support based on client requirements and feedback.
• Ensure competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends and sharing insights with product and marketing teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Management/ Business/ Science/Technology/Computers
• With at least three (3) years of working experience in an IT sales environment.
• Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts/service agreements, and accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person, by phone, and/or video teleconferencing.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, as well as industry trends and innovation.
• With strong sales experience and good presentation skills and can work closely and collaboratively with different team members.
• Possess detailed knowledge about the products, technology, or solutions he/she is supporting the sales team to sell.
• Excellent customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
• Able to work under pressure with target deadlines.
• Can commence work immediately
• Proficiency in MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the like.
• Skills or certification in Project Management and/or Technical Solutioning is a plus.
• Preferably with experience in software solutions selling in the local market.
