ESL Teacher (NATIVE SPEAKERS)
Responsibilities:
▪︎ Conduct online English lessons for students of various ages and proficiency levels, utilizing engaging teaching materials to facilitate effective learning.
▪︎ Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
▪︎ Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment.
▪︎ Punctually attend all scheduled classes, ensuring sufficient preparation time before each shift for a smooth start.
▪︎ Strictly adhere to lesson schedules, transitions, and breaks.
▪︎ Participate in training and coaching sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
☑️ Applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), and the United States are preferred.
☑️ With neutral accent
☑️ Bachelor’s degree in any field (English, Education, Linguistics preferred)
☑️ TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred, but not required)
☑️ At least one year of experience teaching English as a Second Language to Korean students of various ages and proficiency levels
☑️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
System requirements:
☑️Wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed
☑️ Laptop/desktop (Intel Core i3/i5/i7 or AMD equivalent, 8GB RAM minimum)
☑️ Noise-canceling headset or software (e.g., Krisp)
☑️ Backup power and internet connection (required)
☑️ High-definition (HD) we**am
Working hours:
▪︎ Monday - Friday (can work for 3 hours or more/day)
▪︎ Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM (KST)
▪︎ Afternoon Shift: 5:00 PM - 12:00 MN (KST)
▪︎ Assigned classes and booking system
▪︎ Class setup: Audio class/video class
▪︎ Rate: $9 - $15 per 60 minutes of classes handled
