HR SUPERVISOR

📍 Location: Cavite

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Supervisor who will oversee HR operations and help ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and quality management standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
✔️ At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory role
✔️ Must have experience with ISO standards, audits, and documentation
✔️ Knowledge of DOLE regulations and Philippine labor laws
✔️ Strong background in employee relations and HR administration
✔️ Experienced in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
✔️ Knowledgeable in performance management and disciplinary procedures
✔️ Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
✔️ Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
✔️ Willing to work onsite in Cavite

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise day-to-day HR operations and HR staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ISO requirements
• Prepare and maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
• Assist in internal and external ISO audits and ensure proper corrective actions
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development activities
• Implement and improve HR policies and procedures
• Monitor attendance, performance, and employee concerns
• Coordinate with management regarding HR-related matters
