⭐Customer Loyalty Specialist
The customer Loyalty Specialist "CLS" scope includes a variety of customer retention functions for TELUS Connected Home product offerings, covering negotiation of offers, proactive outbound dialing of targeted campaigns, customer account support, and/or customer service management with a key focus on creating client value and loyalty. Retain customer base with a measured approach to cost of retention spend and balancing ARPU to ensure we remain profitable and positioned well in our journey to increase the likelihood to recommend.
Salary Package: Php 29,000
Requirements:
• Willing to Work On-site.
• Minimum of 1-year Telco Sales Retention/Collections experience (BPO).
"*Proficient to intermediate competency skills in:
- Empathy
- Negotiation balancing out both business and customer needs
- Active listening and problem solving
- Sales Competencies (Probing skills, effective pitching, handling customer objections"
• Completed at least 2 years in College
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work at TELUS Market Market Taguig Site
* Strong in Individual Attendance, Productivity, AHT
• Amenable to working on SHIFTING schedules
• Can start ASAP
