In celebration of Women’s Month, Eight8ate held a meaningful Rescue Kitchen initiative with Scholars Of Sustenance Philippines - SOS Philippines, preparing and distributing 300+ meals to women PDLs at the Quezon City Jail Female Dormitory.

More than a feeding program, the initiative promoted compassion, dignity, and inclusive sustainability—reminding us that no woman is left behind. 💙

Eight8ate Holdings Inc. hosted its first Collabor8: Suppliers’ Summit on March 12 at Enderun Colleges, uniting local and international partners under the theme “𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭. 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬. 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫.”

The summit highlighted collaboration, innovation, and long-term partnerships, featured panel discussions with industry leaders, and recognized top-performing suppliers through Supplier Performance Awards.

Eight8ate CEO and President Mr. Joey R. Garcia stressed that suppliers are strategic partners in Eight8ate’s growth, while Eight8ate Chief Finance Officer Mr. Dennis N. Dimaunahan highlighted trust and collaboration as keys to navigating challenges.

Through initiatives like this, Eight8ate continues to strengthen its network and build world-class food brands in the Philippines.

March 5, 2026 -- The Corporate Recruitment Team hosted it's periodic "Meet and Greet with the President and CEO", providing an opportunity for recent joiners of the organization to have a face to face with our President and CEO, Mr. Joey R. Garcia.

During the session, Sir Joey shared valuable perspectives on the organization’s direction, focusing on the importance of our core values, primarily Excellence, Innovation, and People. He further highlighted the multiple initiatives of the company towards Sustainability, and challenged every attendee on how they can contribute in their own small ways.

The open Q&A portion was particularly interesting, with the new hires given a chance to ask Sir Joey meaningful questions, and gain deeper insight into his humble beginnings and leadership mindset.

FEB-IBIG Love Fest 2026 🌹

From our Marikina Office, where we kicked off Valentine’s Day on February 12, to our Taguig Main Office yesterday, February 13, we celebrated love in all its forms with a French-inspired theme.

From giving roses to our women employees, to engaging activities in Marikina, and a photobooth magazine, relaxing massages, and a lively Karaoke Open Mic in Taguig—we hope everyone truly enjoyed the festivities.

This year’s theme revolved around love of all kinds, reminding us that Valentine’s Day is not only about romantic love, but also about celebrating the many ways we care for and appreciate the people around us.
