📊 Recording Financial Transactions: From tenant payments to vendor bills, ensure accurate tracking in the AppFolio system.
🔄 Reconciliation & Reporting: Manage accounts, generate monthly reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow), and keep everything in check.
💼 Problem Solving: Work alongside the team to troubleshoot discrepancies and assist with year-end tax preparation.
