Key Responsibilities:

✅ Guide and train subcontractors for power installation, both on-site and remotely
✅ Maintain continuous communication with subcontractor installation teams and report any lacking or missing materials
✅ Report incidents to the Team Leader, especially concerning material transport to site
✅ Conduct inspection of subcontractor installation quality for pre-acceptance
✅ Perform acceptance testing with customers

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or any related field
✔ Knowledge of telecommunication power systems, including AC and DC power systems
✔ Experience in installation, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting of telecom power equipment
✔ Experience with rectifier systems (ZTE Rectifier Systems experience is an advantage)
✔ Willing to travel extensively and be assigned to any region/province as required by the project
✔ Ability to work independently in field deployments and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and project teams
✔ Local candidates only (Filipinos)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepares correspondences and build and maintain and cascade procedures and policies;
2. Prepares reports to communicate information about employee concerns and comments and organizational actions taken;
3. Spearheads in recruitment process and onboarding of the assigned Region;
4. Facilitates employee activities and team building;
5. Performs HR transactional activities including data entry, weekly reports and timekeeping;

Qualifications:
