Admin Assistant/Receptionist (Cebu)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in meeting room reservations and scheduling.
2. Coordinate with property owners and administration regarding employee move-ins and move-outs in company apartments.
3. Prepare and manage schedules for housekeepers for both apartments and office spaces.
4. Coordinate with repair and maintenance service providers for any issues in the apartment and office.
5. Monitor and track utility bills, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.
6. Coordinate with third-party agencies for the processing and payment of utility bills.
7. Maintain and regularly update the apartment tenant list tracker.
8. Process requisitions for office and apartment supplies, including repair and maintenance expenses.
9. Maintain logs of office supply requests and monitor inventory levels.
10. Provide support for PMO general requirements, including preparations for customer-related events and entertainment activities.
11. Arrange and process hotel accommodations and eTravel QR requirements for foreign employees.
12. Coordinate with hotels regarding corporate rate agreements and other related requests.
13. Willing to travel outside Cebu to support project or office-related requirements.
Basic Requirement:
1. A graduate of Business / Office Management or equivalent
2. Must have at least 3 years of experience in the same capacity, preferably in a telecommunications company
3. Has a high sense of integrity, self-discipline and is able to carry out tasks once assigned without reminding
4. Self-starter and keen to details
5. Willing to work on extended hours
6. Willing to work in Cebu City and do business travels outside Cebu
