We're looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our growing team. If you enjoy troubleshooting production issues, working with Kubernetes, and supporting critical business applications, we'd love to hear from you!

🔹 What You'll Do:
✅ Provide L2/L3 application and production support
✅ Monitor system health, performance, and operational alerts
✅ Troubleshoot and maintain applications running on Kubernetes
✅ Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions
✅ Support deployments, configuration updates, and routine operational activities
✅ Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve issues

🔹 What We're Looking For:
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in application support, operations, or a related role
✔️ Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
✔️ Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, or similar platforms
✔️ Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills
✔️ Experience with scripting or automation tools
✔️ Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments
✔️ Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
