I was invited as a guest speaker to a group of agents preparing for their bounce back in this career.

To be honest, before the talk, iniisip ko talaga paano ko sila maiinspire because I donโ€™t exactly know the feeling of being in their current situation.

Grateful and blessed din kasi ako that God has been continuously guiding and providing for me in this career, kaya iniisip ko rin paano ako makakarelate sa kanila in the best way possible.

Then I realizedโ€ฆ

People donโ€™t always need someone with the perfect words or same experiences.
Sometimes they just need someone willing to share their journey, lessons, experiences, and reminders honestly.

Whether achiever ka, late bloomer, or currently rebuilding yourself, pare-pareho lang naman tayo ng goal. To grow, improve, and keep moving forward.

If may na-share man ako that day, I hope kahit maliit na encouragement lang yun for them to continue again tomorrow. ๐Ÿ˜Š

If gusto mo maging successful โ€” possible yan.
If gusto mo mabigay ang best life para sa parents mo โ€” kaya mo yan.
If gusto mo maikot ang mundo โ€” why not?
If gusto mo magkaroon ng sariling house and lot โ€” achievable yan.

Because one thing you can truly control in this world is your mind.

Kapag inayos mo mindset mo, susunod na lahat.

You will act.
You will learn.
You will hustle.
You will improve yourself every day.
You will keep going kahit mahirap.
You will become stronger after every rejection and challenge.

Kaya wag mo sasabihin na:

โ€œIto lang ako.โ€

Palitan mo ng:

โ€œMagiging ito ako.โ€ โœจ

Hindi man agad ngayon, pero darating ka rin doon.
Start believing in yourself first. โค๏ธ

May passport ako before, pero na-expire na lang siya na parang valid ID langโ€ฆ walang stamp. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Kaya sabi ko sa sarili ko, sayang naman. Gusto ko rin makita yung mundo. Thatโ€™s when I decided to join Pru Life UK โ€” sabi nila may travel opportunities if you work for it.

Lagi kong sagot, Sydney, Australia. ๐Ÿฅนโค๏ธ
MDRT Global Conference.

First time ko kasi mag-abroad during winter. ๐Ÿ˜‚
Pero higit pa doon, ito yung first international recognition ko as part of the Top 2% Financial Advisors worldwide. ๐Ÿ™ˆ

Doon ko mas na-realize na babalik at babalik saโ€™yo lahat.
Yung mga rejections, seen, not now, at mga pagkakataong hindi pa para saโ€™yo.

Hindi lahat ng no ay hanggang dulo na.
Minsan, part lang siya ng process para mas tumibay ka.

Kaya tuloy lang.
Darating yung tamang tao, yung ready na makinig, umintindi, at magtiwala.

1 to 10 rejections, then susunod yung mga yes.
Paulit-ulit lang yung cycle. Mag-stop ka ba?
Syempre hindi, may pangarap ka eh.

Sa mga may doubts, normal lang yan.
Set it aside and keep going.

Sabi nga sa Book of Proverbs 3:5,
โ€œTrust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.โ€

Minsan hindi natin agad naiintindihan kung bakit may delays o rejections, pero kapag nagtiwala ka at tinuloy mo lang, dadalhin ka rin Niya sa tamang path.

Laban lang!

Ako din nagulat. Hehe

Pero ito yung napansin ko. Once an introvert commits to something, ibinibigay talaga niya yung best niya.

Introvert pa rin ako. Hindi pa rin ako yung tipo na kayang basta makipag-usap agad sa maraming tao.

Pero the moment you ask me about my work, ibang usapan na. Hehe

I attend trainings.
I watch podcasts.
I read books.
I seek mentorship.

I choose to grow every day.

Kahit pagod. Kahit puyat. Tuloy lang.

Because my purpose is bigger than my comfort zone.
To help and inspire people.
