🧑🏼💻Technical Support Representative
📞 Account: Telco (Australian Acct)
🕘 Shift: Day Shift (Yes, you read that right!)
📍 Work Setup: Onsite: Ortigas & Makati / Hybrid / WFH if applicable
🚀 Start Date: ASAP
🔧 What You’ll Do:
Assist customers with their ISP concern
Troubleshoot connection or device issues 🔌
Handle billing, plan inquiries, and account updates
Deliver top-notch customer service with a smile 😄
🎯 Qualifications:
At least High School or SHS Graduate
With CC/BPO experience (Telco / Tech Support or CSR experience = PLUS!)
Good communication skills (English) 🗣️
Willing to work onsite (if required)
Can start ASAP!
