Data Analyst and Planning Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
β’ Candidate must be a graduate of any four (4) years business course.
β’ Must have a FMCG experience in a similar role.
β’ With at least 2 to 5 yearsβ work experience in data analysis, business intelligence and other similar roles.
β’ With strong attention to details with excellent statistical knowledge in data analysis and conceptualizing data model
β’ Proficient in data analysis tools such as advanced MS Applications (pivot tables, modeling, etc.)
β’ With high business work ethics.
β’ With excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ With high consideration for trust and confidentiality.
β’ Reports to Head Office, BGC, Taguig City.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Direct reporting to President & CEO.
β’ Responsible in developing data analysis and reporting such as:
o Identifies and understand business processes solutions by coordinating closely with business process owners such as Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, etc., including the roles of the departments and contributing factors.
o Prepares and develops data and build data visualization and analytics.
o Builds and creates information data base for accurate source and timely access for use of stakeholders.
o Creates an accessible tool available for all stakeholders.
o Prepares and present reliable forecasts to support planning proposals across all departments affected by.
β’ Collaborates and communicates data information for technical and non-technical users.
β’ Continuously study, develop, and maintain standardized techniques that may ease the process of each department in line with the needs of the stakeholders.
β’ Identifies and solution finders for various questions or queries from employees and management that may support decision-making processes. Guides and leads business process owners for any business analytic projects.
