URGENT HIRING!!

(3) ACCOUNTING STAFF
Responsibilities:
1. Payment Processing:
Prepare checks, or cash payments.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers and employees.
Monitor due dates to avoid penalties or service disruptions.
2. Accounts Payable:
Record and track accounts payable transactions.
Match purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of all disbursement documents.
3. Expense Verification:
Review employee reimbursement requests for validity and compliance with company policy.
Check supporting documents such as receipts and approvals.
4. Record Keeping:
Maintain organized records of all disbursement transactions. Ensure all supporting documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.
5. Compliance:
Ensure disbursements comply with accounting principles and internal controls.
Support tax and government compliance (e.g., VAT, withholding tax on payments).
6. Accounts Receivable:
Sales invoicing to customers upon delivery and update customer collection upon payment. Monitors aging receivables ensure timely collection from customers and follow up over due payments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or disbursement roles.
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
Area of Assignment : DPC - Mohon Tagoloan, Mis.Or.
