Last April 13 at Tala Villa, we celebrated another milestone filled with games, dinner, and swimming. Simple moments turned into unforgettable memories because of everyone who was there. ✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁
Before You Arrive: Get a full night's sleep, drink at least 16 oz. of water, and eat a healthy, iron-rich meal. Please avoid alcohol or medicine for 24 hours prior and ensure no tattoos or surgeries in the past year.

After You Donate: Keep the bandage on for 5 hours and stay hydrated with extra water or juice. Skip the gym and heavy lifting for the next 24 hours—you've done enough heavy lifting for the community!

Last February 10, 2026, the Lingganay team successfully completed a Fire Safety Seminar at Lingganay Resort and Adventure Park. This training strengthened our staff’s preparedness and emergency response skills to ensure a safe environment for both our employees and valued guests. Safety remains our top priority!
