📢 TOOLBOX MEETING | ASSA ABLOY / TONG LUNG — OCTOBER 6, 2026 (TUESDAY)

BEATI employees assigned at ASSA ABLOY participated in a Toolbox Meeting presided over by the Production Leader.

📝 TOPICS DISCUSSED:

🔹 Attendance, Punctuality & Absences — REITERATION

- Strictly follow assigned schedules and report on time.
- In case of absence, inform HR / Leader and/or the group chat at least 2 hours before your shift starts. Never be absent without proper notice.
- Planned leaves must be filed at least 3 days prior for approval.
- Habitual tardiness and unauthorized absences are serious matters that affect team productivity — please be responsible.

🔹 Time-In / Time-Out Policy

- Ensure your time-in and time-out are properly recorded. Unrecorded workdays may result in non-payment per company policy.

🔹 Uniform & Grooming

- Wear plain black T-shirt as required. Ripped, torn, or damaged pants are NOT allowed.
- Follow the scheduled uniform assignment strictly.
- Maintain proper personal hygiene, grooming, and neat appearance at all times.

🔹 PPE & Safety Compliance

- Always wear safety shoes and eye goggles while on duty.
- Strictly observe all safety rules and procedures to prevent accidents.

🔹 LOCKER CLEARANCE & SURRENDER — EVERY TUESDAY & THURSDAY

- Clearance Schedule: Every Tuesday and Thursday, 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM
- Locker areas will be opened for inspection and cleaning.
- Safety shoes and eye goggles shall be surrendered during these scheduled clearance days.
- Clean and organize your locker before leaving. Do not leave personal items or trash behind.

🔹 Workplace Cleanliness & Waste Disposal

- Dispose of garbage properly in designated bins only.
- Keep work areas, lockers, and common areas clean and free from waste.

🔹 Designated Smoking Areas

- Smoke only in authorized zones and follow all company rules.

🔹 Work Performance & Productivity

- Meet daily production targets and maintain quality standards. Perform duties with integrity and accountability.

🔹 Discipline & Teamwork

- Follow instructions from Production Leader and supervisors promptly.
- Respect co-workers, communicate clearly, and work together as one team.
