The Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee engagement strategies and programs. This role drives initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and organizational culture, while ensuring alignment with business objectives in a dynamic BPO environment.

โข Lead the planning, development, and ex*****on of employee engagement programs, events, and campaigns
โข Design and implement engagement strategies aligned with company culture, values, and business goals
โข Analyze employee engagement data (surveys, attrition, participation rates) and provide actionable insights
โข Manage engagement calendars, budgets, and program timelines
โข Build and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
โข Oversee internal communication strategies related to engagement initiatives
โข Partner with HR, Operations, and Leadership teams to drive engagement across all levels
โข Lead employee recognition programs and culture-building initiatives
โข Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve engagement initiatives
โข Mentor and provide guidance to Engagement Associates (if applicable)
โข Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and confidentiality standards
โข Support company-wide initiatives such as CSR, wellness, and employer branding activities
โข Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
โ A Bachelorโs Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or related field
โ At least 2โ4 years of experience in employee engagement,
events management, or HR programs (BPO experience preferred)
โ Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
โ Excellent communication and presentation skills
โ Experience in data analysis and reporting (engagement surveys, dashboards)
โ Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience in designing tools or platforms is an advantage
โ Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
โ Willing to work flexible schedules for events and activities
