From its humble beginning catering few number of vessels of Thome, TSM has grown and extended its services to various ship-owners providing direct quali

ty manning agency service to mostly European clients. TSM provides quality crew on all commercial vessel segment from various types of tankers to diverse dry cargo vessels including various sizes of bulk fleet. With its growth, TSM has likewise provided back office services through its Shared Services platform including creation of Port / Ship Agency Service segment.

TSM Shipping (Phils.), Inc. started its operation in 1988. From its humble beginning - catering to a few number of vessels of Thome Ship Management Pte Ltd., Singapore, it has grown to become a leading provider of quality manning agency services for ship-owners all over the world - from various types of tanker to bulk vessels. TSM Shipping (Phils.), Inc. was hailed as Top Performer by DOLE-POEA for 1992, 2002 and 2005. It was also able to pass all certification audits for ISO 9001 and Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006 from DNV GL. Upholding international standards set for crew members, TSM Shipping (Phils.), Inc. makes it a point to equip seafarers with enough knowledge and skills required by its principals. Moreover, it strongly believes in promoting their seafarers’ welfare as well as protecting their families while they are employed with the company.
