To recruit/hire NEW and QUALIFIED Sales Professionals that will support the existing and new sales group in network building by means of qualifying, selecting and assigning them to selling property units.

2. To maintain the continuous influx of Sales Professionals; develop and establish of a group for young Sales Professionals and to introduce them on an alternative career as professional and lic

ensed salespersons.

3. To assist the sales groups in registration and accreditation of their Sales Professionals to Government Agencies such as Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB)

4. To ensure activation and sales performance of these hired Sales Professionals.
