Assist in sales audits, voucher preparation and general accounting task
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

Willing to work on site
Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or Financial Management
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

• Delivery Driver/ Helper - With 6 months experience in delivery

• Procurement Assistant - Excellent negotiation skills, Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, Accurate and precise attention to detail

• IMS Developer - Programming: VB .NET, C #, Javascript, VB
• Experience in Crystal Reports, MySQL Server, Microsoft SQL server, ASP .NET Core, Vuetify, VueJS, VB6 Literate, React Native Literate. Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, or corporate finance. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with financial systems like SAP

• Credit and Collection Assistant - Attention to details, Data analysis and reporting, At least 2 years of related work experience; working knowledge of SAP or similar tools, Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related business courses

• IMS Support Specialist - Programming: .NET, Javascript,Experience in Crystal Reports, MySQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Web Server Applications, Network Design, VB6 Literate. Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level. With experience in laboratory information system or aything related, preferred but not required. Minimum required experience - 1yr but less than 3 years

• HR Clerk (contractual - 5 months) - With or without HR work experience (experience in clerical or administrative work is an advantage). Knowledge of basic HR processes and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR). Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
