JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processing timekeeping records and related reports as reference for payroll processing of active employees and/or final/retirement pay processing of separated employees – attendance, leave availments, rendered overtime, under time, and changes on working schedules.
• To prepare reports relevant to employee attendance, employee benefits, availed SSS maternity / sickness benefits.
• Process all statutory benefits related requirements, such as: Preparation of Certificate of PHIC Contributions, issuance of PHIC CFI and/or CSF;
• Updating records on SSS, PHIC, and BIR of all regular employees
• Preparation of monthly contribution and/or loans remittances on SSS, PHIC;
• Endorsing of salary loan applications, maternity notification & reimbursements application to SSS.
• To perform other HR related tasks that may assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of BSBA-HRDM, Psychology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Responsible for the complete, accurate and timely generations of timekeeping records.
• Knowledgeable in time keeping
• Computer literate
• Must have experience in processing government mandated benefits
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer savvy with advanced knowledge in MS Excel
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and identify deal with problems
• Great attention to detail and confidentiality
• Willing to assign in West Ave., Quezon City
