In our recent three-day , Uleyssis Villafranca discussed the topic, "Anchoring Wisdom in God's Word," sharing that God’s Word provides clarity, guards us from deception, and guides our daily walk with wisdom. Just as a lamp shows the next step, Scripture gives direction gradually, teaching us to trust and obey. He reminded us that profit without principles leads to compromise, and decisions must be guided by integrity and God’s truth.
We were also encouraged to resist shortcuts that promise quick success but risk long-term harm, and instead build a culture that values integrity, consistency, and discernment. Healthy teams don’t just follow orders—they ask questions, spot risks, and think critically, which leads to stronger and more sustainable outcomes.
Finally, he emphasized practical applications: leaders should value diverse perspectives, employees should practice constructive questioning, teams must create safe spaces for dialogue, and organizations should foster continuous improvement. True growth happens when God’s Word is our foundation and when we courageously live it out in both work and life. "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." —Psalm 119:105
