Structural Fabrication Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
โข Capable of supervising structural work (Gouging, cutting, grinding, fitting for welding etc.) for fabrication, installation, removal, and repair works.
โข Good knowledge in construction safety and permit to work procedures including quality issues.
โข Can read and understand drawings, specifications, As-built drawings, sketches, WPS, ITP, PRQ, written and verbal instructions.
โข Able to perform hydro testing and pneumatic testingโs process.
โข Can generate daily reports of work conducted and generate report in a timely manner.
โข Can lead and manage a team.
โข Strong time management and ability to prioritize activities.
โข Ability to mentor, coach & train charge hands and workers
โข Knowledge of computer operating and work in MS office.
โข Able to collaborate with departments and communicate results and concerns to the Project Management Team.
โข Able to work under pressure and drive a team to completion against aggressive timelines and work scopes
โข At least 11-13 yearsโ experience in the Offshore Oil and Gas Construction, shipyard/ship repair Industry.
