Managers Convention 2026: Celebrating Success! 📣💯
A powerful gathering of leadership and partnership took place in Cagayan de Oro City as Desmark & Premio Corporation successfully held the Managers Convention 2026, uniting over 300 branches nationwide to celebrate the milestones and success stories of 2025.
The event brought together Branch Managers, Area Managers, Regional Managers, Department Heads, Area Training Officers, Operations Officers, and Top Management—showcasing strong leadership and a shared vision across the organization.
What made the convention even more impactful was the presence and unwavering support of our valued partners from the motorcycle industry—Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki—as well as our trusted appliance partners: Panasonic, TCL, La Germania, Daikin, LG, Sharp, Koppel, Fujidenzo, Samsung, and Sony. Their collaboration continues to drive our growth and success.

The NCR AREA once again led the way, maintaining the highest volume in cash transactions and collection efficiency, while other areas across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao proudly earned recognition for their respective strengths.
Meanwhile, CARAGA 2 from the Mindanao Area rose above challenges and claimed the prestigious Area of the Year 2026 award—proving that resilience and consistency truly define success.
