Good day! Our company is in need of LOGISTIC STAFF
Location: E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave, Quezon City
Job Summary:
- Assists in all clerical regarding purchasing related to supplies, equipment, and other tasks.
- Perform functions related to purchasing and logistics activities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares Delivery Receipts (DR’s) and Fixed Asset Control Form (ACF).
- Submits to Billing Section Delivery Receipts already received by the client for billing.
- Attends and entertains incoming calls and logs requirements by clients/janitors/supervisors for supplies
and equipment for monitoring purposes. Informs all concerned sections of Logistics for immediate action.
- Submits checked Delivery Receipts to the Warehouseman for supplies to be pulled out from storage and
assembly per client before delivery.
- Maintain proper stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Updating of reports regarding the supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any related business course
- With at least 2yrs experience in Purchasing and logistics

d) Corporate original ITR and audited financial statements
