The Department of Information and Communications Technology - DICT, through the ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau: ILCDB - DICT, is proud to partner with SM in empowering Filipinos with essential digital skills alongside meaningful employment opportunities.

Through this collaboration, job seekers can access free learning sessions on digital literacy, artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and other future-ready competencies and helping them become more competitive in today’s evolving digital economy.
