* Installation and alignment of large motors
* Dismantling and reassembly during overhauls
* Bearing replacement (journal, sleeve, rolling bearings)
* Checking rotor and stator clearances
* Coupling alignment (laser/dial gauge)
* Inspection of terminal boxes and cable connections
* Assist in insulation resistance (IR) and PI testing
* Monitor vibration and temperature trends

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

* Knowledge of HV safety procedures
* Experience with large motors (compressors, pumps, turbines)
* Understanding of VPI coils and stator rewinding basics
* Familiarity with motor protection systems

* Installation of small to medium motors
* Troubleshooting (overheating, vibration, noise)
* Bearing greasing and replacement
* Assisting in rewinding works
* Checking contactors, starters, and VFD connections
* Replacing seals and mechanical parts

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

* Ability to read wiring diagrams
* Basic electrical testing (multimeter, clamp meter)
* Fault finding in DOL and star-delta starters
* VFD troubleshooting
