Last week, we marked another exciting milestone with the contract signing with Aboitiz T-Biz Hub at LIMA Estate, Batangas – another significant step forward in our journey of growth and expansion.

This partnership is a reflection of our commitment to bring more opportunities to communities, expand our presence in the South, and create more moments that make life beautiful.

Together with our CEO, general manager, and the management committee, we are confident that this investment will open new possibilities and allow us to serve more communities through Lemon Square Bakery Treats.

Happy 6th Anniversary, Lemon Square Bakery Treats! 🥳✨*

Our sixth year is not simply a celebration of how far we have come. As we started the day with a Thanksgiving Mass, we were reminded of what we can accomplish when we move forward together.

Looking back at our journey, our story began with our first store in Libtong, Meycauayan, and the foundation of the organization in 2000. With the beginning of our expansion in 2021, we continued to grow, serve more communities, and create more opportunities. Today, we are nearing 200 stores, a milestone made possible through the collective efforts of our people.

From our management and support & admin group to our operations teams across LSBT, thank you for being part of our journey and for bringing our mission and purpose to life through your trust, commitment, and contribution.

Here’s to our people who make LSBT what it is today, and to the beautiful moments we’ll continue to create together. 🧡💛

RESET. REBUILD. RISE.

Over two days at the CCT Tagaytay Retreat and Training Center, leaders and teams from across departments came together to align our goals, strengthen our strategies, and shape the road ahead.

With one shared mission, to make every moment more beautiful through the way we serve our customers, our teams came together to present plans, exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and build strategies that will move LSBT forward.🧡💛

Ready to achieve more and rise to greater heights together.✨

A strong workplace starts with a shared understanding of our values, policies, and responsibilities.

This week, our HR Team conducted a Company Code of Discipline Refresher across different operational areas to reinforce our workplace standards and remind our teams of the company's rules and regulations. These sessions provide an opportunity to clarify policies, encourage open discussions, and strengthen our commitment to maintaining a positive, respectful, and compliant work environment. 🧡💛

✨🤗

We ended the week with grateful hearts, reflecting on the meaningful moments from our First Week Mass Celebration.

The homily reminded us to live with purpose and embody a Christ-like character by showing compassion, humility, and love in our daily work. Together with our Operations Teams across our stores, who joined via Zoom, we were united in faith and in our commitment to serve one another with excellence and love.

Here's to carrying these values beyond today and into every customer experience. 🧡💛

: As we reach the midpoint of the year, another month draws to a close. Take a moment to pause and recognize how far you've come. ✨

While there may still be months ahead and goals yet to achieve, every step, challenge, and milestone you've overcome deserves to be celebrated.

Sometimes, we get so focused on what's next that we forget how far we've already come. Today, let's carry the momentum of appreciating ourselves, our growth, and the people who continue to support us along the way. 💛🧡
