OFFICE HOURS: 8:00 - 6:30PM (CWW)

Duties/Responsibilities:

✅Installing scent diffusers to client site and ensure proper placement on the agreed layout (considering area size and airflow)

✅ Testing units after installation to confirm functionality

✅Conducting troubleshooting and repairs such as diagnosing and resolving equipmen malfunctions on-site

✅Addressing the client's concern about scent intensity and adjust the setting as needed.

✅Submitting service reports & dockets for every site visit, including recording of maintenance activities and parts replaced

✅Following company safety procedures during installation and maintenance, ensuring proper handling of serum fragrances

✅ Recommending improvements or upgrades of the machine when necessary

✅ Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior/top management

Qualifications:
✅Experience in field service, maintenance, or installation is an advantage

✅Graduate of any Technical, Electrical, Electronics, or related course (preferred but not required)

✅Basic troublueshooting and technical skills

✅Strong sense of accountability/responsibility

✅Strong sense of customer service

✅Can driver up to 4 wheels with a valid driver's license is an advantage

WORK TYPE: Onsite, Direct Hire

OFFICE HOURS: 8:00 - 6:30PM (CWW)

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Sales

✅Prospective leads, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets

✅Monitor company receivables by identifying outstanding debts, contacting clients, and negotiating payments to reduce delinquency

✅Update daily, weekly, and monthly itinerary

✅Monitor delivery of incoming and outgoing stocks

✅Prepares weekly and monthly sales report, and quarterly business reviews

✅Understands financial reports and legal documents to conduct business

✅Prepares and maintains customer records like quotations, specifications, MSDS, COA, etc.

- Field (B2B)

✅Acquire new clients

✅Account management of new and existing customers, sales, and aftersales transactions

✅Ensures that documents and assignments are properly endorsed within the team

✅Coordinates with team members on scheduling of engagements

✅Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

✅Minimum of 1-2 years of prior sales experience, preferably within the industry

✅Good communication skills with customers, management, and co-workers both individually and in front of a group

✅Skills in problem solving, critical thinking, and negotiation

✅Aware of market conditions and have market data like competitor's pricing, supply capabilities, and market demand

✅Be physically fit to travel and commute as needed

✅Driver's license is an advantage
