Looking for OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Answer to calls and texts of clients/ Reply to Facebook messages and Instagram messages for queries or booking of messaging appointments
• Fill up the daily worksheets and ensure all the details needed are complete.
• Maintain an information sheet about clients.
• Analyze the worksheet and bookings to be able to entertain the greatest number of clients as much as possible.
• Ensure that all therapists are on time and fetched by the riders.
• Encourage clients to avail more services or add-ons.
• Answer complaints of customers properly and be able to think of solutions.
• Assist in sourcing of massage therapists and riders, if needed.
• Releasing of Massagedaily.ph supplies.
• Responsible for managing the department's Petty Cash Fund by ensuring secure custody, proper disbursement, accurate record-keeping, timely replenishment, and compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
