📍 Location: Tanjay, Negros Oriental
💰 Basic Salary: ₱17,000 per month

Job Summary
We are hiring an Asset Coordinator to ensure proper monitoring, documentation, and coordination of company assets and equipment. This role supports daily operations by maintaining accurate records, tracking asset movement, and coordinating maintenance activities.

What You’ll Do
• Inventory management of oils, parts, and other key materials/tools needed for equipment maintenace.
• Maintain asset database, accurate records, reports, and document registry
• Prepare and submit asset and inventory reports on time.
• Monitor supplies, inventory levels, and asset movement. Including fuel usage and and utilization of equipment.
• Track and coordinate repairs and maintenance, including third-party providers
• Provide initial assessment on repairs and recommendation.

Qualifications
• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or any related course
• With at least 1 year of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Willing to be assigned/work in Tanjay, Negros Oriental

Key Competencies
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Average oral and written communication skills

Technical Competencies
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for tracking and reporting
• Knowledge in inventory management
• Basic understanding of heavy equipment maintenance and monitoring
• Familiar with document control systems
