German Helpdesk Support for Electronic Cars - P 100,000 MAX
(No experience needed)
Salary: P 90,000 to P 100,000 (negotiable)
Industry: Global Rechargeable Cars (E-vehicle)
Company: Global Customer Service firm
Schedule: Fixed Midshift
Working Time: 3pm to 12 midnight
Working days: 5 days a week (2 days off)
Days off: Saturday and Sunday off

Benefits:
Provide working Visa for foreigners
We need 20 German speakers
Located in Taguig (Start Asap)
HMO and insurances
Allowances, Salary increase and promotions

Requirements:
Can speak German Language (Visa is provided by company for free)
Open to both foreigner or Filipino who speak German
Must be fluent in German language
Open to graduate and undergraduate
Open to high school graduates as long as you speak German
Open to candidates without any work experience to customer service
Having Technical Support is a big advantage and highly preferred
No TSR or CSR experience required but must be open to undergo training
Training will be provided if customer support experience is not present
Applicant must be amenable to work in Taguig
Can start working As soon as possible

Duties and responsibilities:
Answer email, chat and calls from electric car users regarding basic car concerns
Provide tickets for higher level technical support and escalate it to the Tier 1
Assist e-car users regarding their charging concerns
Provide basic trouble shooting if needed by the car owner
Guide the owner to resolve basic technical issues like power on and power off
Guide customer for undetected chargers and if mobile does not connect
Extend help to German customers to resolve charging issues like Slow charging speeds, Charging won't start, Charging cable not detected and mobile app issues
