We are actively looking for a Marketing Manager! 🔍
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
2.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and utilize insights to inform marketing strategies.
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and 4.Creative, to ensure alignment and ex*****on of marketing initiatives.
5.Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking, to ensure optimal ROI.
6.Utilize a mix of marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, events, and PR, to reach target audiences effectively.
7.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive individual and team success.
8.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
9.Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
