Scout and secure a strategic location for the food cart business (siomai and halo-halo)

Manage day-to-day operations

PERSONNEL OFFICER

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management & Development, or other behavioral science courses

• Must have a relevant working experience in recruitment, employee benefits administration (including processing of government mandated benefits), labor relations and admin services.

• Familiar with the Labor Code and other social legislations

• Willing to work in a manufacturing plant located in Novaliches Quezon City

Job Purpose

• To implement human resources programs, policies, processes and procedures and administrative services in a cost effective manner in order to attract, motivate and retain talent to meet and achieve the overall plant objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Employee Discipline - Implements company rules and regulations by conducting employee communications /meetings/orientations and issuance of inter-office memorandum to prevent employee from committing offense or violation. Administers the proper implementation of Code of Discipline from the incident report up to the resolution of case.

• Labor Relations - Implements programs on Labor-Management cooperation and assists the HR Manager in the CBA negotiation meetings, grievance meeting and admin hearing.

• Recruitment - Implement recruitment strategies and processes in order to get the right talent with the required competency and skills in a timely manner.

• Training - Coordinates employee training and development with Corporate HR. Conducts training needs analysis and evaluates training effectiveness.

• Employee Activities - Plans and organizes annual sports festival, excursion, Christmas activities, and other employee activities.

• Manpower Schedules and Timekeeping - Prepares manpower schedules and reviews the daily attendance records of regular employees to ensure accuracy of data.

• Administration of Mandatory Benefits - Liaises with SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth to ensure proper implementation of benefits and services.

• Performance Appraisal - Implements Performance Evaluation Program to ensure compliance with ISO QMS Policies.

• Records Management - Implements company policy in maintaining employee records and training documents.

• Government Relations - Liaises with local and national government units like DENR, DTI, LTO and its offices for the application/renewal of permits, licenses, clearances, certifications and other pertinent documents.

• Admin Services - Oversees the efficient and responsive delivery of the administrative services in the areas of canteen services, medical services, vehicle services, plant security and cleanliness and maintenance of employee facilities.
