As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to achieve their goals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and ensuring that all projects are completed successfully and on time.

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor team members to maximize their potential and performance
Set clear team objectives and performance goals in alignment with company objectives
Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity
