What are we looking for?
We are seeking an AREA SALES MANAGER who has a Hunter mindsetโsomeone who can generate new business rather than relying solely on existing networks, highly driven and results-oriented, to lead business development and sales growth for our skin care, beauty, and aesthetic product portfolio.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong track record in sales, account management, and business development, preferably gained from the pharmaceutical, dermatology, aesthetics, beauty, FMCG, retail, or distribution industries. Experience in skin care and beauty products is highly preferred.
A successful candidate must have an established professional network and strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, cosmetic surgeons, skin clinics, beauty centers, hospitals, and key industry stakeholders.
The role requires an individual who can effectively influence decision-makers, identify growth opportunities, and drive sustainable sales performance across assigned territories.

โข Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or a related field.
โข Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
โข Proven sales experience in any of the following industries:
Pharmaceutical
Dermatology and Aesthetics
Skin Care and Beauty Products
Medical Devices
Retail Distribution
โข Existing networks and strong business relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, cosmetic centers, hospitals, and medical practitioners are highly preferred.
