- 2+ years work experience related to business process analysis or customs administration

We are in need of the the following: PROJECT MANAGER

Brief Description of Duties:
- Prepare and execute work/project plan
- Communicate work/project plan, progress and issues to all stakeholders
- Coordinate tasks and requirements with team members and external project partners and resources
- Manages project resources and budget
- Analyze actual performance vs plan and make adjustment consistent with plan objectives
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely documentations

Educational Requirement:
IE, IT, Business Management

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years work experience as a team leader or project manager (ERP experience is an advantage, buy not required)
- good communication skills - both verbal and written
- can communicate effectively with senior management, team members, clients and external partners
- must have working knowledge in using project management tools
- must have technical documentation expertise

Brief Description of Duties:
- Will work with a team supporting ERP Systems (Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, Human Resources)
- Coordinates with team in resolving technical and business issues
- Maintains issue logs and documentation of user processes

Educational Requirement:
Accounting Graduate

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years work experience in ERP Financials or an integrated computerized systems (accounting, purchasing, human resources)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- strong analytical skills
- team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

We are in need of the following: JUNIOR PROGRAMMER

Brief Description of Duties:
Provide support to design, development, implementation and maintenance of application software, under supervision of a senior programmer:
- assist in the analysis and design phase
- code, test and debug new and existing programs
- conduct end-user training
- prepare user manuals, functional specifications and other required documentation

Educational Requirement:
Graduate of Computer Science/Computer Programming

Preferred Qualifications:
- exposure/experience in at least one programming language (PHP, C #, SQL, Java, others)
- self-motivated; can work with minimum supervision
- also a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- with commitment to continuing education in computer programming and all stages of software development
