📦 Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate daily delivery schedules and updates
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery timing and requirements
- Monitor and track pending or incomplete deliveries
- Coordinate with Accounting for delivery receipts and sales orders
- Analyze and document causes of delivery delays or backlogs
- Coordinate with Sales and Administration teams for delivery status updates
- Inform customers of any schedule changes
- Provide regular logistics updates for monitoring
- Handle return slips and coordinate with Supply Chain and Accounting
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head
