WORK SET UP: Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of all operations to ensure adherence to policies and processes.

2. Create and implement short-term tactical plans to meet SLA performance metrics and financial targets through the efficient use of human resources, technology and maximization of workforce within scope of work.

3. Provide feedback and input for improvement of all programs, processes and policies and accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery within Employee Relations, Internal.

4. Controls & Compliance, Learning, Transitions and Records & Document Management

5. Work with internal leads, process owners, key stakeholders to improve the end-to-end HR delivery processes.

6. Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder groups and key individuals.

7. Resolve any escalated issues and risks and escalates issues to the Manager as necessary for immediate resolutions.

8. Facilitate teamwork and process integration across the team.

9. Identify and drive continuous improvements to the scope, performance and cost-to-serve of each team.

10. Accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery of HR processes.

11. Work with the HR Leaders to drive development, adjustment, monitoring and improvement of HR programs for Accenture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process support:

1. Read, understand, and analyze client processes as per the business rules as a subject matter expert.

2. Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands-on processor.

3. Master the given process and help the team members to overcome process related queries.

4. Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.

5. Pay close attention to the quality of written and verbal English skills within the Team.

6. Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment.

7. Ensure LWI's are followed and updated regularly and train the team members on process updates.

8. Ensure process controls are in place; Maintain, validate and update process documentations as applicable to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

9. Perform "Root Cause Analysis" on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.

10. Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy or enhance controls.

11. Participates in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process as an SME.

12. Participates in various internal or client initiatives related to Process.

13. Must have a clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.

Total Years of Experience - 4 to 6 years of experience
Total Years of Specific Role Experience - 2 to 6 years of HRO Experience

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and executing the low to medium critical/priority and simple workforce ready transactions/activities in scope for Operational Services and Global & Regional Functions. Responsibilities include the following specific for Ops & GRF transactions: Internal and external identification of people against open roles.

- The advertising, pre-screening and scheduling of candidates, preparing offer letters and facilitating pre-onboarding and Day 1 onboarding activities and supporting any movements as it relates to movement against open job roles.

- Performs boarding process steps for Ops & GRF within the global Boarding Solution (Success Factors ATS, Case Management, Employee Central & SAP) with a high degree of technical competency ensuring this system is the "source of truth" for all Boarding activity.

- Receive cases from WFR Experience Management/ WFR Ex*****on Team Lead (Ops & GRF) and coordinate resolution activities including liaison with relevant HR Operations teams and communicate with receiving customers.

- Coordinate case resolution activities and communicate requests from onshore teams to respective HR Operations teams (e.g. Payroll, Analytics & Assurance).

- Work within WFR team to build HR Operations' understanding of the Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes.

- Coordinate case resolution activities and communicate requests from receiving customers to WFR Experience Management
team.

- At least 0-1 year experience
