*Repair & Maintenance Staff
Working Schedule - Shifting Schedule (9am to 6pm, 6 days a week)
- Assists repair & maintenance team in ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, orderly, and functional
- Perform minor repair works, which includes repairing of cabinets, doors, furniture and fixtures.
- Knowledgeable on carpentry works & basic plumbing tasks , which includes dec logging & leaks repair.
- Cleaning of aircon units and cooling equipment.
- Inspecting control panels and electrical wiring to detect any issues that require immediate action.
- Conducts inventory of maintenance supplies.
- Ensures that all maintenance equipment is in good working conditions.
- With at least one (1) year work related experience preferably as building maintenance.
- Willing to render overtime & shifting schedule if needed.
- At least High school graduate or holder of a vocational certificate in building maintenance, electrical technology, or similar field.
*Company Delivery Driver w/ Professional license no. 3
Working Schedule - Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)
- Transporting goods and materials to various locations in a safe and efficient manner.
- Be the driver of a food truck.
- Planning and executing delivery routes.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintaining correct records of deliveries and pick-ups.
- Communicating with dispatch and other team members.
- Performing routine vehicle inspections.
- Reporting any issues or maintenance needs.
- Keeping the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
*Admin Assistant
Working Schedule - Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of computers, office equipment, printers etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Processing office and store's Business Permits and other related documents
- Processing and monitoring of utilities and others
*Purchasing Assistant
Working Schedule - Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
- Monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries to ensure that your company has a sufficient number of necessary materials or equipment.
- Receives purchase requests from other departments and checks for availability at the warehouse.
- Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
- Track inventory and restock goods when needed
- Maintains contact with vendors regarding orders and merchandise, new products, market conditions, and trends;
- Receives, inspects, and distributes merchandise to appropriate departments; files damage claims with freight companies or vendors.
- Prepares periodic reports related to purchasing, inventory control, and shipping and receiving within the local operation.
- Conducts annual on-site inventory, prepares inventory listings to include the location and status of all equipment.
- Evaluates the quality and appropriateness of supplies and equipment; conducts cost/quality comparisons prior to submitting requests to immediate superior.
- Confers with other departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.
