Our accredited principal in Oman is looking for qualified candidates for the ff positions:
1. Regional Sales Manager
Responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the company's biscuit and snack portfolio across the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Myanmar. The role is accountable for achieving sales revenue, market share growth, distributor performance, profitability, and brand expansion while ensuring effective ex*****on of trade marketing initiatives and customer relationships.
Experience:
• Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, , preferably in biscuit manufacturing ;
• At least 5 years in a Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager role;
• Proven experience handling export or regional sales across ASEAN markets.
• Experience in the FMCG -packaged food industry. Experience in biscuit, and confectionery industry is an added advantage.
• Strong experience managing distributors and international key accounts.
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• MBA is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be assigned to the Philippines but reporting directly to the head office in Oman and will be required to report there time and again; Focusing on the Southeast Asian market he/she must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally in the conduct of his/her duties.
2. Brand Executive (Biscuits & Snacks – FMCG)-
Key Roles:

Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience in Brand Management and/or Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry (preferably biscuits, snacks, confectionery, or packaged foods).
Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration
